Ladders are a thing of the past!
Painting, cutting hedges, covering ceilings, fitting lamps - whenever you wanted to reach up high a ladder was always essential: put up, climb up, work - climb down, collapse, carry further - put up again, climb up and so on. This was not only unpractical and expensive but also time-consuming. And time is money; particularly, if the ladder problem not only affects you as a handyman but also when you are confronted with the problem everyday in your profession as a painter, gardener, drywall constructor or electrician.
A practical and comfortable alternative to the ladder is now available: stilts, also known as walking stilts, tradesman stilts, parallel stilts or aluminium stilts (alu stilts). You simply strap these stilts to your legs and you can move freely on them without interrupting your work after every movement and without having to drag around a ladder. A competitive advantage which pays off!
Does the word stilts make you think of the circus, artists and acrobats? Don't worry - you can learn to walk on stilts in just five to fifteen minutes. After this, stilts are even safer than using a ladder. With stilts on your legs you no longer have to twist in all sorts of directions and overstrain your sense of balance only to use the limited freedom of movement of a stationary ladder. On stilts you can adopt the most comfortable position for every movement without having to additionally fiddle around. Your safety and comfort therefore increases while your save money and time.
- Our Profi-Line stilts are suitable for all skilled trades which require work at heights: painters, plasterers, restorers, drywall constructors, electricians, stretch ceiling constructors, gardeners, fruit farmers. They are ideal for anti-hail net assemblies, interior work, for window cleaners or industrial cleaning. They are also suitable for uses, where the main focus is on walking on stilts, not the practical benefits: for artists and jugglers, for walking acts or for advertising and event agencies.
- We also offer our lower cost Consumer-Line stilts for private use as a piece of sports equipment or for handymen and hobby gardeners. These are, of course, also professionally produced by a German manufacturer and are safe and comfortable.
Both stilt models are characterised by the outstanding strength of the aluminium frame* which has a load capacity of up to 120g and can be adjusted to up to 9 levels depending on the selected size.
* Lighter stilts made from magnesium are considerably weaker, even the slightest damage to the protective coating leads to corrosion of the magnesium and quickly makes the stilts unusable. We therefore exclusively offer strong aluminium stilts.
